Managing Director
Paul has been with the company since October 1985 and has gained an extensive knowledge of the Business Transfer and Commercial Property market over the last 25 years. He is one of our team of Valuers and also negotiates the sales of businesses on our books.
Paul became a partner in the firm of Ernest Wilson prior to its incorporation and was appointed Managing Director and Company Secretary in 1995.

Consultant
Robert acquired the company over 30 years ago as a relatively small operation virtually unchanged since it's launch in 1956 and to a great extent is responsible for it's current success. Although he is now a consultant to the firm, he remains "in active duty" and continues to value, negotiate and offer day to day advice to the Directors.
Director & Chairman
David has been with the company for over 25 years. Originally from the Insurance world, he is also a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, of which this firm is a member. Among his many responsibilities he is a Valuer and Negotiator.
David was appointed as Chairman when the firm was incorporated in 1995.

Sales Director
Stuart joined the company from Barclays Bank in 1990 as a sales negotiator. Since then he has established himself as a very prominent figure in selling businesses. He has a wealth of experience in the Business sales market and has many regular clients who speak very highly of him.

Consultant
Following two successful decades with the Bank’s Commercial Business division, LloydsTSB’s Area Director, Martin Humberstone has joined the dynamic team at Ernest Wilson as a Consultant.
Jonathan joined the company in 1996 after a period working in Australia. Jonathan's day to day duties revolve mainly around the property management and sales side of the business, where he has established a strong base of clients. In September 2001 he became Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

David joined the company in 2007 as a Sales Manager after 12 years with LloydsTSB where he was a Relationship Manager to owners of Businesses of all types and, in particular, helping clients setting up from scratch and purchasing existing businesses. This is ideal experience to assist prospective purchasers and provide one to one consultations. David is also qualified as a Commercial Energy Consultant and is responsible for assisting clients in complying with the legislation introduced in April 2008. This includes undertaking surveys, producing Energy Performance Certificates and liaising with relevant government departments.

Michael joined the company in 2002 as a Sales Negotiator & plays a central role in the Sales Team at Ernest Wilsons. His main duties involve accompanying viewings and the general negotiating of sales of businesses & properties from initiation through to completion.
In addition to the Directors, the office is manned on a daily basis by many other staff including sales negotiators, secretaries, receptionists, accountants, etc.
